01 · Destination
A city, a coast, or a hotel you already love. Asking me to choose is also an answer, and often the better one.
Travel · Passport ready · 24 hours or longer
Some evenings deserve a different skyline. A day that starts with a flight and ends with a long dinner; a slow morning in a city neither of us has to be sensible in; the particular pleasure of travelling with someone who is easy to travel with.
You have likely done the other version: the beautiful city crossed off alone, the hotel bar at eleven, the photographs nobody asks to see. This is that trip, corrected. You come home rested, amused and quietly pleased with yourself, carrying a weekend you will replay in dull meetings for weeks.
I pack light and I am excellent company at airports.

When you write
Travel asks for more than time. It takes planning, and a shared sense of ease. The more of the picture you give me, the better I can tell whether it is a trip I would love. Those are the only ones I take.
01 · Destination
A city, a coast, or a hotel you already love. Asking me to choose is also an answer, and often the better one.
02 · Dates
Preferred dates and how flexible they are. Travel needs a little more lead time than an evening in Amsterdam.
03 · Duration
Travel begins at 24 hours. A weekend breathes differently than a day; say which you mean.
04 · Accommodation
Where we would stay, or whether you would like that arranged. Comfort and privacy are the two requirements.
05 · The atmosphere
Dinners and museums? A pool and no plans at all? Opera one night, room service the next? Tell me the texture of it.
06 · Shared experiences
Anything you already know you want the trip to include. A table, a performance, a place.

Arrangements
Travel invitations start at 24 hours: €6,000 solo, €7,800 for couples, always including the overnight, with longer arrangements at a daily rate, exactly as listed in The Hours. Travel expenses, accommodation and any agreed shared experiences are arranged separately and in advance.
For fly-me-to-you (FMTY), travel-with-me (TMTY) and extended invitations, all expenses are covered by my guest and the booking is settled in full in advance. Send a detailed enquiry: preferred dates, location, duration, travel expectations and the atmosphere you have in mind.
For long or high-profile arrangements, a reasonable mutual confidentiality agreement can be discussed beforehand. It must be respectful, reciprocal and agreed before confirmation, and nothing in it may ever limit my safety, my legal rights or my ability to seek help.
A trip is confirmed once screening is complete and the deposit and travel arrangements are settled. With travel more than anything, clarity is part of the pleasure; it lets the trip itself feel effortless.
And a promise for the long hours in between: I am easy weather to travel with. I can tell a companionable silence from a stranded one, I entertain myself beautifully when you need an hour with your laptop, and I have never once been the difficult one at check-in.
A word on the map. Europe is easy from Amsterdam and I travel it readily; further is welcome too, since the passport is valid and used. I am deliberately selective about destinations where women cannot move freely or safely; those invitations I reserve for guests I have known, liked and trusted for some time. Everywhere else: name the city. And several times a year the map comes to you: see Residencies.
Staying within the country? Evenings in Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and beyond have their own page: The Netherlands.
Signature itineraries
Named, shaped and priced from the same hours as everything else, and each adjusts to you. Every figure below is all-in: the €500 planning fee is already inside it. For a trip beyond these three, the same fee and the same rule apply.
I
Three days. Water, wine and no reason to hurry: arrival and a long first dinner, a day that drifts from churches to bacari, and a last morning that earns the word lagoon. From €17,500, planning fee included; travel and stay arranged separately.
II
Two days. Snow or summer, the mountains do the hard work: a slow train up, a spa with a view, dinner beside a fire, and air that makes the city forgettable. From €12,000, planning fee included; travel and stay arranged separately.
III
Twenty-four hours. My city, done as a visitor would never find it: a canal-side suite, dinner where the locals actually book, a slow morning over the water. From €7,000, all-in: suite and planning fee included.
